1. INCLUSIONS: 

1.1 Accommodation, meals, selected house beverages and 2 game drives

2.1 Extra activities: night drives, horse trails & guided walks (subject to availability)

2.2 Premium branded beverages, transfers, telephone calls, laundry, any items of personal nature and conservation levies

4. CHILD POLICY:

4.1 Children staying in a room by themselves will be charged the full adult rates.

4.2 Children under 6 yrs are unfortunately not permitted to stay at Woodbury Lodge.

4.3 Children, 6 - 11 yrs may share selected rooms with parents at our child friendly lodge, a supplement charge of 50% of the adult sharing rate will apply per child per night. Please refer to age list below.

5. GAME DRIVE POLICY:

5.1 Children 6 yrs and older are permitted to join drive activities.

6. TRIPLE OCCUPANCY:

6.1 A person 12 yrs and older may share with 2 adults at selected lodges, the full sharing adult rate will apply for the third person.

7. GUIDE & DRIVER POLICY:

7.1 A guide or driver staying in lodge rooms will be charged the applicable single/sharing adult rate.

8. PEAK SEASON:

8.1 Room rate (double pps) and minimum 2 night stay applies.

9. CANCELLATION POLICY:

9.1 Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
9.2 Cancellation 29 -15 days prior to arrival - 25% cancellation fee
9.3 Cancellation 14 - 03 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee
9.4 Cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival - 80% cancellation fee                                                                                                                          9.5 No show - 100% cancellation fee

10. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

10.1. All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT.
10.2. No Tourism Levies are charged at present.
10.3. All guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
10.4. The Amakhala Game Reserve retains the right to admit any guests/s and furthermore retains the right to remove any guests whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and/or staff.
